Our holiday apartment is located a few minutes from the Santa Maria Maggiore train station, an ideal base for anyone who wants to take the famous foliage train tour in the Vigezzo valley. Based on your needs, we offer tailor-made solutions, with personalised check-in and check-out times, depending on availability.
The Vigezzina train connects Domodossola to Locarno, Switzerland, and goes up and crosses the entire Vigezzo valley and then descends along the Centovalli to Locarno. The route from terminus to terminus is 52 km long and offers breathtaking views in every season, from snow-covered winter landscapes to spring ones, although the most popular season is autumn.
Starting from Domodossola at an altitude of 300 metres and going up to over 800 metres of the Vigezzo valley you cross beech, chestnut, maple, oak and finally larch forests with a real explosion of colours, a spectacle provided by nature which will leave you breathless! From deep red to yellow, from brown to green ... it feels like travelling through a paint palette.

The flat is located in Trieste 16 - Santa Maria Maggiore ( VB ) IT.
Except in the case of particular needs, the check-in time is from 3 pm to 7 pm, and the check-out time is by 10 am.
It may be possible to request personalised check-in and check-out times, depending on
commitments and any presence or arrival of other guests.
You can park your car near the apartment; however, we recommend that you leave your car in the parking spaces in via Marconi or in via G. Matteotti in the large car park at the entrance to the square, as the road which leads into the historic centre in via Trieste is very narrow.
