Our holiday apartment is one of a kind: it's in the centre of Santa Maria Maggiore, it has two bedrooms with private bathrooms and the small bedroom can be transformed into a completely independent room as it has a separate entrance and independent heating. The independent room is perfect for sharing the entire apartment with friends or children who want more privacy. The apartment can be rented with the two-room formula (living area + double bedroom) or as a three- room apartment (with an additional bedroom and second bathroom). Except in the case of particular needs, the check-in time is from 3 pm to 7 pm, and the check-out time is by 10 am.
It may be possible to request personalised check-in and check-out times, depending on
commitments and any presence or arrival of other guests.
You can park your car near the apartment; however, we recommend that you leave your car in the parking spaces in via Marconi or in via G. Matteotti in the large car park at the entrance to the square, as the road which leads into the historic centre in via Trieste is very narrow.
